CÁCH DÙNG - DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION	Dạng thuốc này thích hợp cho người lớn và trẻ em ³ 6 tuổi. <br />Tiêu chảy cấp: <br />Người lớn & trẻ em > 12 tuổi: Ban đầu 2 viên, sau đó 1 viên cho mỗi lần tiêu chảy. Liều tối đa: 8 viên/ngày. Không được sử dụng quá 5 ngày. <br />- Trẻ em 8 - 12 tuổi: Uống 1 viên, 3 lần/ngày. <br />- Trẻ em 6 - < 8 tuổi:Uống 1 viên, 2 lần/ngày. <br />Liều duy trì: Uống 1mg/10kg thể trọng, chỉ uống sau 1 lần tiêu chảy. Tổng liều không vượt quá tổng liều ngày đầu tiên <br /><span>Tiêu chảy mạn:</span> <br />- Người lớn: Uống 2 viên, sau đó mỗi lần tiêu chảy, uống 1 viên cho tới khi ngừng tiêu chảy. <br />Liều duy trì: Uống 2- 4 viên/ngày chia thành liều nhỏ (2 lần). TƯƠNG TÁC THUỐC - INTERACTIONS	Những thuốc ức chế hệ thần kinh trung ương, các Phenothiazine, các thuốc chống trầm cảm loại 3 vòng có thể gây tăng tác dụng không mong muốn của Loperamide. <br /><b>QUÁ LIỀU & CÁCH XỬ TRÍ:</b> <br />Triệu chứng: Suy hô hấp và hệ thần kinh trung ương, co cứng bụng, táo bón, kích ứng đường tiêu hóa, buồn nôn và nôn. Tình trạng quá liều thường xảy ra khi dùng liều dùng hằng ngày khoảng 60 mg Loperamide. <br />Điều trị: Rửa dạ dày, sau đó uống khoảng 100g than hoạt qua ống thông dạ dày.
